Allow us to take you by the hand and guide you throughout your entire event planning process. The full planning package includes assistance for your basic needs to ensure your wedding day is complete, of which include:

  • Ceremony & Reception Venue Selection
  • Establish a Timeline

  • Create a Detailed Budget Spreadsheet

  • Provide Magdalena L. Planning Tools (Checklists)

  • Book & Manage Vendors using The Magdalena L. Events Preferred Vendors List: Beauty Services, Ministry/ Officiant Services, Musicians/Entertainment (Bands, DJ’s, Instrumental Performers, Unique Performers, etc.), Photography, Videography, Transportation, Cake/Dessert, Photo Booth, Catering, etc.

  • Work with Select Designers on look and feel of the entire wedding - Magdalena L. Events provides an optional upgrade for in-house Design Services

  • Month of Coordination Package Included (see below for details)

Month of Coordination AKA "Day-of" Coordination

Allow us to take you by the hand and guide you during your last month of your wedding planning process. The month of coordination package includes assistance for your basic needs to ensure your wedding day is complete, of which include:

  • Venue Walk Through - Magdalena L. will meet with the clients a least one month prior to the wedding to do a site check, where client can point out all of the wants and needs for the wedding day.

  • Establish a Last Month Timeline

  • Provide Magdalena L. Planning Tools (Checklists)

  • Be the main source of communication with vendors hired by the bride and groom: Beauty Services, Ministry/ Officiant Services, Musicians/Entertainment (Bands, DJ’s, Instrumental Performers, Unique Performers, etc.), Photography, Videography, Transportation, Cake/Dessert, Photo Booth, Catering, etc.

  • Provide Magdalena L. Spreadsheets (ceremony music, reception song playlist, makeup/hair schedule, photography list, bridal party contact info, etc.)

  • Work with the Catering Manager of floor plans and seating chart

  • Guidance on Wedding Etiquette

  • Timelines - Magdalena L. will provide a detailed day-of timeline (for the bride, groom, and planner), a logistics timeline (for vendors), and a wedding party timeline.

  • Coordinate Décor and Design - Magdalena L. will work with the floral & decor company, rental companies, and other relevant parties to assist with the day-of execution making sure the event is presented the way it was proposed in a proper and timely manner.

  • Advisement and Confirmations - Magdalena L. will be responsible handing out gratuities provided by the bride and groom ahead of time and reconfirm all event details the week of the event including setup and strike times, vendor meals, rider inclusions and details that will make the event run smoothly with no surprises!

  • Rehearsal - Direct or assist with rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, make announcements, distribute wedding party timelines, etc in conjunction with or in lieu of officiant

  • Production - Approximately 10 hours on day of event to supervise deliveries, set up, implementation & strike

  • Manage all moving pieces of the event: Direction of vendors, attend guest needs and inquiries, troubleshoot challenging situations, etc.

  • Late Night Wrap - Return Bridal Checklist Items to Bridal Suite prior to end of service - or pack in car of pre-designated friend or family member (Packing Gifts and Bride & Groom Necessities - Cake Knife, Personal Champagne Glasses, Religious Accessories, etc.)

  • Event Emergency Kit - Magdalena L. will provide necessary items to be prepared for any “opsies” that may be present on the day of your wedding.

  • Staff to include your Magdalena L. Lead Planner + 1-2 highly trained associates
